I had some issues with my subscription plan, but I have to note that their Customer Service is top-notch. I had Jo as my customer service representative and she was amazing. She helped to solve my issues very efficiently and quickly. I would recommend this app to all fellow drop shippers.

When, as a starter, I faced a serious technical problem the support team was of great assistance. I trust them.

Had an issue with a return/refund/reshipping of an order. I first spoke to a "bot" and within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning I was contacted by a live representative who guided me through the entire process by simply providing them shipping information. I would say giving Zendrop a chance to your business with ecom. They have a supportive service and a lot of products ready to import or source at a cheaper cost of goods.
