I was using another platform, decided to try zendrop and switched to it. The customer service is always helpful and there whenever I need them. Linking, fulfilling, sourcing, and finding products is easier than the other platform. I like that you can brand the products, have more than 1 account with the plus plan. I am happy I switched!
Zendrop is a great drop shipping company to start with, they have a wide selection of trendy products for you to choose from. Their customer services is amazing , quick response time to resolve any issues you have.
My customer service experience has been quite quick, responsive, and complete. They answered all my questions and held on to my issue until resolved. It's always great to partner with a company that takes ownership to serve its customers.

I have using Zendrop for a few months and have had nothing but a great experience with them. The support staff is amazing and the products are awesome. I started watching the academy videos and have implemented a lot of what they teach which for a beginner its very helpful to keep you motivated to keep going.
