Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

I had an issue with tracking number, the support were pretty fast and useful.

I wanted to express my gratitude for having Kelley as part of your support team. She has been incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I requested. Her assistance has made a significant difference in my experience.

Zendrop is a nice platform but my only complaint is that I had a few issues with my sample orders and shipping times.
But the customer support is very helpful and helped me through out the whole thing

The app has some good stuff, but I think it needs a lot more. Shipping times need to improve as well. I think it would help if they pre-ordered more items to store in the United States. Customer service is pretty good though.

Zendrop has great products and amazing customer service. It is currently 1:30 AM and I was having trouble then decided to message for help and they got back with me in a matter of a couple of minutes. (Ian deserves a raise;) ) 10/10 would recommend!
