Their support team gets back to you immediately with any answers, and if they don't know it's usually within a day I get my answer I need. They are also very friendly!
Everything has been extremely timely for delivery! The LONGEST I've ever had a delivery take was 16 days and that was to Puerto Rico during a holiday weekend, but everything has been within 10-13 days otherwise! GREAT SERVICE FOR DROPSHIPPING!

Zendrop is the best dropshipping service you can find! way better than Alibaba, AliExpress etc! i've used both of those and these products are way better in quality! not only that, but i really love the customer service bot AND LIVE section. they always answer every problem i'm facing, every question i have where i'm moving forward! that's huge for me, because as a business owner, i value my time! overall, i would recommend zendrop over any other dropshipping service. it just works the best for solid successful outcomes. go for their coaching program!!! pay that extra you wont regret it!!

So far I haven’t had any issues with zendrop except for 1 customers order that has not been delivered on time but I have spoken with a customer service representative who was very helpful and supportive I was very surprised how fast and easy it was to resolve this matter with them I love the way they have the AI bot customer support but also have human customer service thank you zendrop for making drop shipping so easy to do

As a complete beginner who has just started with dropshipping I can confidently say that this app is amazing. There are two reasons why I love the app so much. Firstly, the user interface is extremely clean and easy to navigate compared to CJ dropshipping for example. Secondly, the support that you are able to receive is extraordinary. Here I would like to give a special credit to Austin from the support team. He was extremely dedicated and passionate helping me resolve some problems with a supplier. So I definitely recommend Zendrop to everyone who is just starting out.

Products are great! Their customer service amazing. I had a problem with a client with an order that got to a pickup point and was given the wrong number. However zendrop gave us a full refund.

They make dropshipping so easy and offer things that the competitors don't, like being able to add a printed and branded thank you card to each order. They also check orders before they go out to ensure quality product and packaging to avoid sending something that will obviously result in a negative customer experience. And their customer service has been TOP NOTCH. Which in my experience is the biggest indicator for how the company operates and what I can expect from them in the future. One caveat is that I haven't yet had any orders come through because I just started using them last week, but I have high confidence that everything will go smoothly.
