Zigpoll Customer Surveys

So far so good!
Both out-of-the-box surveys are great:
Post purchase was what I was looking for and then the abandoned checkout is very useful.
UI can feel a bit cluttered, but you get used to it quickly.
I couldn't find one setting, so reached out to support and they were very helpful and helped me solve it very quickly!

Zigpoll is easy to use and very intuitive, keeping the user experience in mind. Jason, the founder of Zigpoll, is also very helpful and answered my questions quickly even though I am on the free plan. Would recommend this for anyone looking to setup surveys on their store!

I am new to Zigpoll but getting the hang of it! Any tool that helps us get to know our customers better is a win for us. Also, any tool that gives you advanced customer journey options is a win for me. We will be able to see data come in right on our Shopify dashboard as Zigpoll integrates seamlessly. Small independent studio's work, very nice ux in Survey, but the UX in the "Account - Metrics" needs to improve. there is some small bug but its bearable in Survey.

I am such a newbie at all of this stuff and so I tried by myself at first to understand the app, to no avail.
I contacted Jason who literally emailed back every few minutes to help me. He assisted me and then taught me how to navigate the app. I am blown away by this company’s customer service.
