We use the app on all our Shopify stores now to collect post purchase feedback and NPS score emails. We are just scratching the surface at this point.

We had an issue with reaching the max number of emails we can send per month on one of the highest plans but Jason really helped us out during one our busiest times of the year by increasing our email send limit. We really appreciate that!

The app looks complex at the start, but it became intuitive when given a little time. I was very pleased with an outcome. Here the biggest help was Jason from the support. Amazing response anytime of the day. Totally recommending!
