Zigpoll Customer Surveys

I used this app to create a survey within our website to collect information about our customer base. I like the format and the ease of use within the app and how smoothly it integrates within Shopify. So far out of 4 different survey applications, it has been the most customer-friendly app to use.

I just setup this app yesterday. It was super easy to figure out. I set up a quick survey to see how my users navigated the website, and gave them a discount code for filling out the survey. Zigpoll is easy to use and very intuitive, keeping the user experience in mind. Jason, the founder of Zigpoll, is also very helpful and answered my questions quickly even though I am on the free plan. Would recommend this for anyone looking to setup surveys on their store!

Amazing app, the features are incredible and far above any other survey app I have used. I think this is more than just a survey app. There are so many use cases for it; it's actually pretty remarkable. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into it. Highly recommended!
