This app works as intended. If you do not have sales orders activated in your Zoho Books account, then you still get the invoices. Support has been great and Suraj specifically has been very helpful and is even willing to make upgrades that accommodate the process. Highly recommended.
the response times were abysmal. I often had to wait days just to get a basic update on my issues. When they finally did respond, the solutions offered were either ineffective or caused additional problems.
