Clyde has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! The platform is easy to integrate, and the team made the setup process seamless. Offering extended warranties to our customers has not only boosted our revenue but also increased customer confidence in their purchases.
We started with the program when it was just Clyde and in the first year the service was great, however we did not have a ton of warranty purchases as our website was not set up on shopify yet. While customer service seems pretty thin at times ever since the aquisition we have switched to shopify we have seen a significant lift on warranty purchases and so far our customers seem happy. I would like a direct AM to help us figure out how we can make the tool even better for our customers.
Clyde was purchased by Cover Genius, and ever since their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. It's like it's entirely abandoned but they haven't changed anything. I've been emailing for weeks just to get contracts updating and I can't find a single person who works at the company who has been able to help me. I will update the review if anyone ever gets back to me.

Great customer support. App basically runs itself without any work on our part. Still waiting for the first service contract to come thru but overall a nice app to have.
Great idea, with poor execution. The Clyde Shopify app does not work, customers get frustrated being unable to checkout when they try to purchase, help from Clyde is not technical and they do not test their implementation when assisting with setup. If their Shopify app worked, the service has a ton of promise. However, their support is to push you off on Shopify, who then redirects you to Clyde's nonexistent support. Hopefully they work on this and provide a better end-to-end solution.

I am very impressed with the app, the service, and the people behind Clyde. It is easy to implement, the margins are attractive, and the purchase protection is top-notch. I have already referred a business partner and wouldn't hesitate doing so again.
Great offering overall. Enables shop owners to offer third party warranties right in their shop. The warranties are automatically matched to the products on the back end. It shows up as a little button underneath the add to cart button and customers can add an extended warranty contract to their cart.
Shop owners an set higher pricing for the contracts to make a little margin and/or cover for payment fees.
The team is super responsive and always helps within 24h in case of questions or concerns.
Highly recommended for anyone selling higher value goods and wanting to offer extended warranties just like amazon does.
