Local Delivery

We've been using the app since about five years. As we had some trouble with the old version, they recommended us to update to a new version. So far so good. Since the update a few things are not working.
The support is really incompetent to help. We have been in contact now for two months. You wait at least two days for an answer, sometimes you don't hear anything for weeks. So far we have not been helped in any way. The support used to be really great. Now it's a disaster.

They were very helpful trouble shooting some issues, and then updating my app, and then trouble shooting a bit more. Really great customer service! Thank you so much!!

I had troubles installing the app to a newly shifted theme. The guys did an amzing response within a day and absolutely gave full support! Saving me biiiig time! Peter handled the matter like a pro , very neat and down to the point ... making me feel like i should only develop an app with such a team.

Local Delivery is a straightforward app that makes the checkout process for our customers easy. Setting it up on our store was a breeze, and Peter was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Excellent app! Simple interface and a small amount of code to install. Works great! The support team is wonderful too and very responsive. We made some minor customizations to our cart page and the Local Delivery team helped us get the cart page working better.

The app used to be great, it's now even better since the latest update. The ability to have different delivery days/times for different postcodes has saved us a huge amount of admin and hassle.
We use the local delivery options to ensure our customers choose the correct day specific to their postcode. We limit the amount of deliveries per day, customise cut off times depending on day and schedule blackout days in advance for when we take a break.
The app is easy to use, easy to modify and easy for our customers to use too.
The support is 10/10 - Jess and Peter work hard to reply quickly to any emails and have always fixed any issues we've had. I'd recommend this app and developer to anyone who need local pickup/delivery options that are more customisable than the basic Shopify options.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I have been working with them for over a year now and their app is constantly evolving. Every time I email I always receive a fantastic detailed response they are always so helpful. I look forward to growing my business with these guys in the coming years.
