Great app, great support team. We use 8Returns specifically due to its integration with Xentral ERP - once we cor a customer creates a return in 8Returns it is automatically added and updated in Xentral. It saves a lot of time, effort and manual work by our customer service team.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich gestaltet. Das Onboarding sowie die Beratung durch den Support sind blitzschnell und sehr gut gestaltet. Bei einer Frage wurde mir umgehend und freundlich geholfen. Das Team hinter der App ist kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Prozess noch angenehmer macht.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App, sie nimmt uns einen wesentlichen Teil unserer Retourenanfragen ab. Was noch ausbaufähig ist, ist der Bereich Retouren wegen Defekt. Hier ist die Einstellbarkeit noch nicht wirklich da.
