We use 8returns app for almost 2 years now and it allowed us to set up a simple and efficient returns process. An outstanding feature is the automatic generation of QR codes for paperless return labels. We highly appreciate also very friendly, fast and helpful support. Additionally, this app provides us with helpful data insights into the return reasons. 8returns' analytics show us exactly which models and sizes are returned most frequently. There is only one issue with the products not registered in 8returns app. If the customer doesn't select an article in the app, this article will not be refunded automatically, so it requires the manual action from our side. It would be great to improve this process. Other that that everything works smoothly.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience and for using 8returns for almost two years now! Love hearing that the QR code labels, the analytics and our support have been so helpful for you.

The point you mentioned about items not being refunded automatically is actually solved now. With our new Moodja integration, returns are updated automatically even if customers send back more than they registered, no more manual adjustments needed.

Super App! Wir sparen seit der Integration von 8returns super viel Zeit bei der Bearbeitung unserer Retouren. Außerdem sind wir sehr glücklich darüber, dass wir unseren Kund:innen nun auch die Möglichkeit eines direkten Umtausches oder einer Umwandlung in Shop-Guthaben anbieten können. Alle Optionen (Umtausch, Guthaben, Erstattung) werden automatisch im Hintergrund abgewickelt durch die direkte Verknüpfung zu Shopify. Vorher haben wir alles manuell vornehmen müssen. Retouren zu bearbeiten macht plötzlich Spaß!! Danke auch für den tollen Support!
