Iona helped me ensure that everything was set up and working properly. This team wants you to succeed with their software and will be there for you with any questions you have. Their response time is SO quick and SO helpful. This app will save you hours of accounting and reconciling, and it can be used with one or multiple sales channels. They are always working to improve their interface and over the few years that we've been using them have gradually become better and better (without causing headache to the user!).
