Great app. Works really well for our retail business and saves a lot of bookkeepers time by including the product sales, sales tax, discounts refunds etc. Maps well with our chart of accounts. Customer support is also fantastic and very helpful if you have questions or are working to get everything set up. I recommend this app.

I was recommended to try A2X to sync payments to my accounting software. I reached out to A2X and they guided me through the install and all technical questions.
I couldn't be happy with the automation from one platform to another and the team support from A2X.
The CS team at A2X are great. Contact them in the evenings, at weekends, whenever I can make time to get my accounts done; they're always there to assist. The app is good, too. Set and forget for the most part. I only ever need to get in touch when there is some extra magic I want to have, or when I'm not sure of something. Thanks!

The app works exactly as advertised and creates all the entries we need to match deposits in the bank with shopify payouts.
Really has helped me keep track of my expenses. Would be a mess without their service and great customer service!
I'm not quite sure how I ever thought I had a handle on my accounting before A2X. If you're not using it already, give it a try and you will kick yourself for not using it sooner. My accountants had never seen it before but are now recommending to all of their e-commerce clients. Worth every penny.

I have been looking for an app to integrate my Shopify to QBO and have accurate, organized books. A2X does just that. I was nervous about the mapping and initial set-up, because I have used other apps that have caused major problems, but this was mostly straight forward to implement and everything looks good in my reports. Their customer service team helped walk me through setting up the paypal and shop pay gateways. They are fast to respond and helpful. Happy I made the decision to work with A2X.

Accounting is a very new area I am experiencing for the first time along with becoming VAT registered I needed to have my hand held throughout the whole process. Jess was amazing at helping me get set up with both shopify and amazon including a period of no VAT and VAT. Software is easy to navigate and use.
