Terrible. It works from time to time. Never works for a large number of orders.
Major problems with this app. Output to PDF is hit or miss. Some addresses print. Some do not. Poor, non-responsive customer service. If you have any alternative to using this app, I highly recommend you try something else.
My label type is not supported by the app, and its a very modern. I have a Brother QL-1110NWB and the associated label is a Brother DK-11247. I have attempted to build a custom label, but it's like trying to launch a rocket into space - its very complicated and I don't code. Apps are designed to make life easier for the layman, not harder. Also the text is way too small on the demo I have played with and I have no idea how to increase the size. Help please??
Thank you for your feedback. Adding custom label sizes can be a little tricky, but we're always here to help. Just send us the model of the labels you're using, and we can add them for you. We can also customize the Liquid templates for you free of charge on request.
Love it when it works...which is VERY hit or miss. Gets stuck on "processing" about 50% of the time & says it will notify me when the batch is ready. Fat chance of that. Have yet to receive a notification & batches are either ready to print immediately or never. Have emailed "support" twice in 3 days and got only an automated response that my message was received. Totally worth the monthly fee IF it were to be reliable. Until then, moving on to something reliable - I can't get caught having to hand write or mess with a mail merge when I'm slammed with orders & am relying on a paid app to do its job.
This does nothing that the printer software already does. It is not seamless and requires to many steps and takes too long.
This app only worked 40% of the time. When the app did work it worked well but when trying to process labels they got stuck on the “Processing” step and never finish.
The bug that was causing this problem has been fixed since this review was written. This is no longer an issue.
