ADGPT offers a solid, science-based AI advertising product, and I can see the value in what they’re trying to do. The platform itself works well and delivers decent results, so from a product standpoint, it’s good.

That said, I feel the pricing is too high for what’s offered. The Startup plan at $99 is expensive, especially when there are other tools on the market that provide similar functionality at a lower cost.

My biggest issue, however, was customer support. When I ran into problems, it took two to three days to get a response, and I had to send multiple emails just to hear back. For a product at this price point, I expect faster and more responsive support.

Overall, ADGPT has a good product, but the high pricing combined with slow customer service makes it hard for me to fully recommend. If support improves and pricing becomes more competitive, it could be a much stronger offering.
