BEWARE !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP APP. THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM APP. SHOPIFY SHOULD BLOCK IT. MONEY LOST.. NO ADS RUN. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY . DONT EVER INSTALL THIS APP.

1. Your Campaign is Actively Running
Your ad campaign is currently running on Google Ads.
The app dashboard shows performance metrics directly fetched from Google, reflecting your campaign’s real-time performance.

2. Access to Ads Details
- While our app dashboard focuses on performance metrics for simplicity, detailed ad information is accessible by the internal team through our app backend to keep track of campaign performance.

3. Facebook Advertising Restriction
We noted that your Facebook page has been restricted from advertising, which differs from your initial statement about only the ad account being restricted. This restricts us from running ads on Facebook, but your Google campaign remains unaffected.

4. Dashboard Metrics vs. Shopify Analytics
The performance metrics displayed on our dashboard are derived directly from the advertising platform (Google).
(Note: We do not have access to your Shopify Analytics, so we’re unable to advise on the exact differences. However, these discrepancies are often due to the different algorithms used by each platform to calculate performance.)

5. Advertising Success and Expectations
We understand that you’ve invested in advertising hoping to see visible returns. However, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee specific returns from advertising. Campaign success is not measured solely by sales but also by other factors, such as impressions, clicks, and overall engagement, which reflect the growth of brand awareness and interest. Additionally, campaign results often take time to materialize, as it involves nurturing potential customers through multiple touchpoints before converting them into buyers. It’s not uncommon for campaigns to show visible impact only after running for several weeks.
