Amazing Store Locator App and Exceptional Support!

I recently installed this store locator app on my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Akshay, the owner and support person, was absolutely fantastic. He jumped on a Google Meet call to help me with the setup and even offered to upload all of my store listings in the correct format. This level of service was truly above and beyond!

I'm thrilled to have found this app, and the affordable fee makes it even better. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly store locator solution.

I received excellent service in assisting with set-up. It wasn't a straight-forward process for me to get things up and running, but now that things have been custom-edited to work with our theme, the app is very clean and it should be easy enough to maintain. Most store locator apps offers (and charges) for extra bells and whistles that we don't need and aren't looking for. The AW store locator is simple but it does the job for a very reasonable monthly charge.

Great customer service experience. The app itself was easy to install and has a simple design. Apparently Shopify updated its policies regarding google (Not sure what or why?). This caused our app to have an error. The owner offered a google Meet, quickly resolved the problem and then too the initiative to offer a handful of modifications to our settings to improve user experience.

This app works perfectly with our theme and we received speedy and clear support/solution for a small problem (I needed help with a new page) . If you are looking for a store locator app - I highly recommend AWS. Easy install, user friendly, globally accessible, 5+ stars.

I was looking for a location map app that had an easy to use interface, great design in both mobile and desktop, quick support response, and affordable price - AW Store Locator has all of those! After testing a few options, I landed on this one since it was the best option in my opinion. The support team helped me with all of my questions and even gave me code I could implement to get my desired look. I highly recommend using this app for any location map needs! I'm very happy with my experience

The support provided with this app is top-notch and very responsive, including doing a Google Meet to walk through set up. Unfortunately, we needed more options that were not included in the app. We wanted this app to work for us. Hopefully, with more time, they will add additional features. I did ask for customers to check the map before going live and they found it a bit clunky for our needs. We wish you the best of luck and please reach out when the additional features we spoke about are working.

This app is great value for a small fee each month. It has all the location basics you need, without any nonsense.
While it's a little more complicated to setup than a typical app, the developer is very responsive and even did a screenshare video session with me to assist. This is a big deal for anyone that may not be strong technically. 5 Stars!!

Absolutely recommended! We were looking for a practical app to place our locations in Dominican Republic, which is not so friendly market for Shopify, but this app this the trick! Installation and setup is pretty easy to manage and the support in Whatsapp from the developer was great as we wanted to tweak some items, worked beautifully and is worth the pay for sure!

I'm NOT what you would call tech-savy and at first struggled but I messaged Customer Service and they were AMAZING. Got on a google meet with me right away, helped me do everything and said they'd work on their side to fix as well. I wish I could just hire their customer service team for all my website needs!

Customer service is amazing. I was on a call with the creator within 10 minutes of requesting help. He walked me through the set up and helped get the locator set for our website. Highly recommend.
