So far so good! I've found it easy to set up and get the first affiliates onboarded, and when I had a question about changing some of the default formatting their support was quick to respond and make updates for me.
I chatted with Laura, and she quickly solved not one but two issues in a very timely manner. The second one was a bit slower because of time differences, but it's understandable, as it was late evening at her location when I reached out to her. She was friendly, and I'd leave a review as I promised. She sent me a nudge by email to remind me.
I just installed and set up the program, which was pretty easy (I "cloned" my affiliate program from another site of mine that sits on WP). I don't know how flowless the app is at this stage, but if the customer service is this quick and helpful, hopefully, it's a sign of excellent service.
I would highly recommend this app for everyone looking to have an affiliate program. it's easy to use and their support team is so helpful. Laura has fixed a lot of my issues and she replies as fast as possible

Best Affiliate app there is out there. I decided to uninstall the most popular affiliate app about 3 months ago and then decided to blind guess this app to be chosen. Best decision i've ever made. The customer service is also on point, especially Laura. Definitely recommend!
