Jaka Affiliate Marketing

I just downloaded tonight, and the whole process was very simple. The app is packed with features, and the fact it's completely free is just insane. I downloaded 3 different affiliate apps and this was my favorite... easiest to setup and best balance of features and functionality.

I did have a few minor issues, such as making the custom domain, and adding my brand's logo to the landing page. Laura from the support team was a big help. She answered all my questions really fast, and took the initiative to help resolve my issues. She actually uploaded the logo because it wasn't working on my end. I may have just been impatient... but either way it's working now. I'm really excited to have found this app, and have a good feeling it will contribute substantially to our sales.

Laura said in the future, there might be paid plans, but only once more advanced features are added. The features included on the free plan won't be effected. I really hope they add a feature that encourages customers who just bought to join the program and earn COMMISSION. They do have a form for the post purchase thank you page, but it only offers the customer a DISCOUNT if they sign up. I think a lot more customers would sign up after purchasing if they knew they could earn money, rather than just get a discount right after they already bought something. So hopefully they add that option, and I would gladly pay for it.

Jaka is a straightforward and intuitive app that anyone can figure out. If you had any sort of questions the staff answered immediately (no bots). Laura was a big help in walking me through the process and stayed with me even after I went down a rabbit hole and abandoned chat for a while.

The only thing I'll say is affiliates have reported that the word Benefit on the signup page is spelled "Benifit". Causing people to be apprehensive on signing up. Other than that. No complaints!
