Increase store sales. Takes 2-4 days for funds to be sent to your bank. Afterpay will also put you on their Afterpay App. I use Afterpay and Shop Pay to give my customer more options.

Hi there, we are truly sorry about the interruption. Shopify 2.0 themes rolled out to some merchants earlier than we expected. As of yesterday, our app is compatible with 2.0 themes. Please do give us another chance and let our app help you with marketing Afterpay!
Terrible service. The app asked me to install and I did all the way to set up to messaging setup and add payment method it told me complete. Then to double check, i sent an email to check as when I tried to log into my afterpay account it said i didn't have one. contacted Afterpay got one reply saying they would look into it and then Nothing despite 5 or 6 emails
So sorry to hear about your experience. Could you send one last email to leah.dong@afterpay.com and give me your company information please? I will personally make sure we get to the bottom of this.
i reside in canada and i can’t take afterpay payments from the U.S even though that’s where most of my sales come from… doesn’t make sense
I have tried to get this app up and running several times with no success. I get an email to login, then it says compliance review is still reviewing, even though i get emails to say review is completed and ready to install. until afterpay get their install / integration sorted I will give it a miss.

Doesn’t work half the time and no one will email back. It’s been a few weeks now of “processing “
my status has been stuck on the "2-3 day review" for over three weeks. I have reached out to Afterpay MULTIPLE times, yet no one has helped me resolve this. WORST service I have ever had!
It took some time, but Afterpay was thorough and complete with my approval and setup. It's great being a part of their community.
We have a niche very small business and reached out to this company ahead of applying to ask questions about their approval process. We received a reply that completely ignored our questions and instead just vigorously encouraged us to apply instead. We were quickly denied service, after application, with no reason given. Ultimately a good thing, since we will not want to do business with a completely impersonal company that shows themselves to be untrustworthy.
Thank you for your review and I apologize for your experience. Our customer service or sales team members tend to encourage merchants to apply because our underwriting team is best at determining if your business is a right fit for Afterpay as each business is unique, it's hard to have a blanket answer. Some reasons for rejecting the application is private. In your case, certain items in your store sells fell into our banned categories. I have already shared your feedback to appropriate teams. It's a waste of time, the app doesn't work. Technology is so advanced that even new apps are working flawlessly on Shopify themes but a company of such a big stature couldn't afford to fix their app.
