SEO HERO AI Alt Text Generator

I just installed this app and I’m already impressed! I have a medium Shopify catalog with hundreds of products, so going through every product image individually to add alt text would be incredibly time-consuming. The AI-generated descriptions are detailed, and I especially appreciate being able to provide custom guidance so the alt text focuses on the actual product rather than the background of my mockup images. This is going to save me a ton of time while helping make my store more accessible!

MUCH more accurate than other AI text generators and AMAZING customer service!

We sell fine seafood and gourmet foods, so our images tend to be a bit more complex than say, a bottle of shampoo or something. AATG blew other apps away in understanding images and generating AI text for them. I saved so much time generating alt text for 2000+ images in my store.

More importantly, after a redundant app in my store overwrote many of my generated texts a few months later, the AATG team helped me reinstate the alt texts for zero charge and no effort needed by me. It was a huge help and so relieving that I didn't lose weeks of work.

The only constructive feedback I can offer is that organizing and sorting of images could be a bit more robust, particularly if you are adding alt text to thousands of images in one project like I was.

The free tier is super generous (as well as offers they may have running) so this was definitely the app for me

Easy to use and does a great job at applying the text without sounding like AI

This app has already been sooo helpful! I am excited to keep using it and see how much it affects my shop and blog. It's been very easy, clear, and feels like a load off my back to get these images fixed up.

I installed the free version of this app to try out on my store for bikepacking gear as I had a bunch of new images to upload. Support has been super helpful setting up the app and I am now getting some good results.
