I tried a few other apps before, but this is the only one where the generated text actually made sense. I also like the fact that you can add in keyword that you want to focus on.
Finally the only one that was able to write proper alt tags and at a good price. It costed around $15 to do 2,000 images whereas the other apps were trying to charge me 3 times the price.
I like the SEO setting that makes sure my product name and keyword gets added to the front of the alt text. In today's times, having AI tools to autogenerated things like SEO meta tags and alt texts are crucial
I’ve tried other tools, but this one is by far the easiest to use. The alt text is accurate and descriptive, which I love, and it’s been a big help for my site’s accessibility and SEO. Two thumbs up!
Great app overall. The bulk processing feature is a lifesaver, and the AI does a solid job with most images. Took off one star because sometimes the descriptions are a bit too generic for very specific technical products, but customer service was super helpful in adjusting the settings to improve this. Would recommend for most stores.

app not working, i paid 15$ and its showing blank page, i wrote support 2-3 times .. 48h passed and no replay.. bad
vierd accounting, i have total 2000 images paid them several times and each time the available credit becomes 0. Why can not the developer have a clean accounting

I totally understand your frustration. We recently built a brand new feature to all one-time credits, as all the other alt text generating apps are charging by the month, we wanted to do something special for you guys and give the options for a one-time credits plan.
Unfortunately, we had a small bug that erased the credits after 30 days, we quickly restored your credits and gave you an additional 1,000 credits as a token of our apology.
