EcommerceBot has been a fantastic addition to my store’s tools. In just one day, I’ve saved so much time by managing all my messages in a single inbox. The adtester seem amazing. The app is clearly well thought out, and while content creation isn’t available yet, the tools already included are totally worth it. Highly recommend

Incredible for managing my store’s communication
I’ve been using EcommerceBot for a day, and it’s already made a huge difference. Having all my customer inquiries from different platforms in one inbox is a game changer. It’s intuitive and easy to use. Im excited to see its evolvement.

Would have loved to use this app's services but it is listed as FREE with the requirement to enroll in a free trial for one of 3 plans ranging from $149 to $499. The listed mission of the app is "We believe EcommerceBot should be accessible to all companies, not matter the size". To me this is not only a huge disappointment as I was hoping to utilize a free marketing service to get my business up and running but it is also very misleading.

A must-have for Shopify store owners
I didn’t realize how much I needed EcommerceBot. Within one day, I’ve already noticed how much more organized I can be. The all-in-one inbox lets me respond to every customer message instantly, no matter which platform they’re from. The social manager and task manager also work seamlessly, aswell as the inbox chatbot training, that is amazing. Truly a amazing developer thoughtout

Impressive
Having a single place to handle all customer communication is such a relief, so smoothly. I’ve only used it for a day, but I can already see this is going to save me hours each week. It’s super polished for what it offers, everything else feels like a win. All integrated with each other. Definitely recommend for anyone managing a busy ecommerce store..
