I’ve been using it on my Shopify store and it works seamlessly. The features are exactly what I needed, and the setup is very straightforward. What makes it even better is their fantastic customer support — quick, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Building was super easy. When I needed support with the set up on my store I got it super fast. The only problem is some translation problems when you change the page language from English to any other language.
Amazing app, with all the bells and whistles required for not only basic forms but also for more complex, logic-based forms.
Great support, fast responses, and resolutions to any questions or queries. We would recommend this app for any form related need.

We were looking for form builder that was easy and quick to set up, had conditional logic, notifications, and form layouts that would fit with the aesthetics of our site. We are very pleased with how FormCRM checks all boxes.
The built-in AI creates accurate forms that need very little adjustments, if any. The form status feature (new inquiry, in progress, reviewed, etc.) is a valuable plus as it allow us to quickly follow up on each submission within the app, without having to manually export and consolidate data elsewhere.
We had a few questions during the implementation, and the support we received from the customer service team (thank you Adnan!) was excellent.
