Forms have been working really well for me. The form builder is intuitive and easy to use, so setting everything up took no time at all. I'm able to set up automated emails to both myself and my customers, with features like auto inserting the customer's name as a tag. It's perfect for my needs.
Setup and support are excellent, and the installation process is seamless. I really like the manual customer approval feature and the form builder, which makes it easy to create custom forms. I also appreciate an app that provides outstanding support while helping me grow sales and improve customer service more efficiently.
This app is very easy to set up and simple to use with a clean, intuitive interface. The customer support is exceptional - fast responses and clear, effective solutions whenever needed. Strong performance on both product and service. I asked for a feature related to Google Sheets, and they implemented it within 24 hours!! Kudos to the team. Highly recommended for any Shopify store.

to me the app is simple and easy to use. if there is any problem help is always there, very convenient. and it solves the problem of intergration with some other apps - ie with me google sheet and shopify. i am at the beginning stage so will update further. tho there are some glitches, im sure it will be solved soon.

I love how my form looks and I was able to customize it exactly how I wanted. I had a little trouble getting it to embed but I reached out to customer service and they responded right away with detailed step by step instructions. I'm very happy.

This app is so functional and it has fantastic flexibility. I reached out to support for help rearranging steps on a multi step form, and the team was super responsive and helpful. They ended up having to help me do some things to the form, and even went in and completed it for me. On a weekend. Their responsiveness is unheard of! Highly recommend this fantastic app and their unmatched customer service.
