Contacted Support and haven't heard from them yet.
USA People this app isn't for us as the price currency saying INR instead of USD.

Update: They fixed the issue

I'm managing store my myself, AI takes care of support queries itself and recommends my products accurately. Was able to setup AI quickly. Very supportive team

I honestly feel horrible when I need to leave a negative review but honestly this needs to be said.

1: The AI had no idea what I actually sell and was recommending products I don't sell and recommending products from other websites.

2: The AI had no clue my items were handmade though it says it everywhere. I was asking pretty simple questions it should know.

3: The AI went on to recommend even more things I don't sell or from other websites. I asked her about policies and she was inaccurate.

Uninstalled instantly. Hope you guys get better in the future! Good luck everyone else. :)
