Aide's AI agent answers shoppers in Aide Chat on your storefront and in your support email. It replies from your products, your store's policy and help pages, and the shopper's own orders. Once the shopper confirms, it can cancel an order, change the address or start a refund, within limits you set. When a shopper needs a person, Aide hands the conversation to your team with a summary. On every plan, Aide can also work inside Zendesk, Gorgias or Front.
