WARNING: Worst App - Stay Away!
This is the worst app I've ever used. If you're reading this, please don't make the payment no matter what.
Zero Customer Support: They have absolutely no support. When you raise a ticket, they just send you a video and immediately close your ticket without actually solving your problem.
They Frauded Me ₹8,000: I lost ₹8,000 to them. When I told my 4-5 D2C founder friends about this, they laughed loudly and said, "We also got cheated by them!
Better Alternatives Exist: Just use Interakt or any other platform. Don't waste your money here.
This is Fraud: They are running a fraud operation. If you still trust them after reading this message, consider yourself already trapped.
Don't think "negative reviews happen to everyone" - in this case, EVERYONE is regretting their decision. You're welcome to join the club of regretful customers.

Our experience with AiSensy has been mixed and, overall, below expectations considering the pricing.
The platform is relatively expensive, and the overall user experience feels complex and unintuitive. During daily usage, we encountered stability issues, such as new chats not auto-refreshing consistently, which can impact response times. Uploading multiple images in a single chat is also unreliable and often requires repeated attempts.
From an e-commerce perspective, the catalog functionality lacks important features. At present, there is no seamless way to place orders directly from WhatsApp and have them automatically created in Shopify, which limits its usefulness for sales-focused teams.
In comparison, other platforms in the market offer end-to-end WhatsApp commerce flows, including automatic Shopify order creation with agent attribution, which is a capability currently missing here.
While the platform has potential, it would benefit from improvements in usability, stability, and commerce-related features to better justify its cost and compete effectively with alternatives.
Worst Onboarding Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs
I had the worst experience with AI Sense. Here’s the reality:
They will onboard you very sweetly at first, without telling you the real key points you need to know upfront. Only after you pay does the drama begin.
You’ll be asked to book a slot for onboarding and making your API live. Sounds organised, right? Wrong. When you join the meeting, there will already be multiple people on the same call. They’ll ask you to share your screen in front of everyone, so your information is visible to strangers — extremely unprofessional.
Even worse, you can end up waiting up to 2 hours for your turn despite booking a slot. What’s the point of booking if it’s just a random queue? For any small query, they push you to another person, and you have to wait all over again. The process is painfully time-consuming, and no one takes ownership of helping you.
They make the onboarding and go-live process a nightmare. You’re better off paying extra to a professional service than wasting time and energy chasing them after payment.
And don’t expect a refund — even if it’s their fault for not explaining the full process before you pay. Their so-called “free trial” is another trap. You only get access to their dashboard (nothing functional), and to do anything, you must take a paid subscription.
Save yourself the stress. Don’t fall for these unprofessional fools.
I paid ₹56,498 for a yearly plan but did not receive the service as required. They are refusing to refund the payment, even though I never started using their services. Beware before taking any service from this company
I would be honest to share feedback to AiSensy just in hope that it will help to improve. It was very painful to setup the system, no help on time. It took more than two weeks to seek support and chasing team. It is highly unstable system to rely on business, many issues, even the app disappears from Shopify, API stops working, chat support disappears and comes back after two days, chat integration disappears from site, you need to spend hours or days to chase support and get clear answer.
The instability of system impacted our launch also, at this point in time I couldn't recommend this platform at all, if there is improvement in their support and platform, I see it might be a promising system.

I installed this app 10 days before but still not able to setup the Abandoned cart message, Order Confirmation Message, Whatsapp Live chat.
i attended twice their english webinar. the presenter not replying to my question in chat and he is continuing to complete the webinar.
so i booked one appointment with calendly today 11.00 am. The gentle man come and simply answered. this setup our chat team will support.
when i contacted chat team on Divya have come after a very long time probably after 10 to 15 minutes. i said to her my problem. but she sent me 3 link how to setup. i said you install the setup through team viewer it will help and we will run our show. because earlier i used ck whatsapp they helped me in setting these messages. it was going well.
Only for advanced chat bot i moved to ai sensy but since after 10 days even a simple messages are not setup.
very hard to setup and find where the menus are. and so many errors are coming there is no proper answer for this.
Finally i ended with this error message "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')" still no one is coming for rescue.
I have no other option than to move to my earlier whatsapp provider.

I’ve been using this service for the past three months, and honestly, it’s been such a frustrating experience. Here’s what I’ve gone through:
First, it took forever to activate my service. Before payment, I was given all the wrong information, only to find out later that the promised features weren’t even available. When I asked about it, I was told it would take another month because they were still working on it.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been following up via email to get answers, but instead of providing a real solution, they keep asking for my contact number over and over again. Even after giving it to them multiple times, all I get are vague responses with no real progress.
The worst part? Nobody seems to care enough to take responsibility or even give me a call to sort things out. It feels like they’re just stretching the matter without any intention of resolving it.
Honestly, this whole experience has been disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they fix their support and start valuing their customers.
First user needs to buy the Aisensy's subscription which costs you ₹999+GST then you also need to pay $1+GST which was around ₹100 for me.
Why is this app even paid? With basic plan you can't even schedule or make flows.
Completely useless. You can't even see orders of customer.
I even made a new app from store's setting and then used the API to manually integrate it but then flows were not working.
They have absolutely faulty system. The messages doesn't gets delivered for multiple reasons. It's a waste of time to integrate their services. Don't waste your money, time and energy. I lost sales and revenue due to their faulty system.
