I just started to test a few review apps and Ali Reviews is among my top 3 at the moment. This app is very user friendly and easy to use for a beginner like me. Looks like i might be using this long term after all. The criteria for me choosing the right app is knowledgeable & fast online support, reasonable pricing and ease of use for both beginners and professionals.

I have the free version. Very easy to use, managed to import lots of reviews straight away to add social proof to my website. Could maybe do with being able to select more in-depth reviews rather than getting what comes though.
remove watermark during trial either way you're only allowed to give 5 reviews which is already sketchy enough

I can see that you are still using the old Free plan which will put the watermark under "Write a review" button and limit 5 reviews per product as well.
For your information, we have already updated the subscription policies since August 2019. Hence, please consider to upgrade to paid plan to remove watermark, and unblock more reviews.

great apps and very easy to use, but only 5 reviews allowed for the free plan.
The app does not integrate well with my theme. Your customer support was great and helped but you should include the solution that you had to do on my account on your help/support page. I tried to use your support page and could not figure it out on my theme.
Of course deeper integration would be preferred.
I also noticed that my "English translation" option was saved in my general settings but when I go to sync the reviews on Oberlo I have to check the box every time.

Great app and great support service! The only thing I miss is that you can only do round numbers like 5.0-4.1 is 5 stars, 4.0-3.1 is 4 stars etc. Would be could if there would be at least 0.5 steps like: 5.0 stars, 4.5 stars, 4.0 stars etc.
This helps my business look more professional and for customers to have a better shopping experience

Nice and easy setup with the app, love it. Importing reviews is as easy as 1,2,3.
They support complete integration with DSERs dropshipping.
It comes with an extension that you can use to import directly from Aliexpress.
The biggest downside is that customization is still quite limited, unless you know CSS. They also do not support advanced integrations if you are a developer. (ex. support for AJAX rendering).

It locks chrome down a time or two but really its pretty good and not a bad price at 7 a month we will truly see in a month's time if this is worth it! Over all though easy to set up!
