The only problem with these guys, is when you uninstall the app (after the trial ended) even after 1 day after the trial ended, they charge you, and if you try to ask for a refund they will not accept it. i hate them for it, they are the only app that does this, literally any other app will offer me a refund even 29 days gone after the trial.

Here's Muffin from FireApps Customer Support team, and I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
First of all, please refer to our Terms of Service which you have agreed to once you approved the Shopify charge.
Secondly, according to our Refund Policy, we stated that we don't offer unconditionally refund after 7-day trial. Before you've started to trying the 7 day trial, we've informed the information about charged without notification after that also.
Besides, specifically in this case, you installed our app on Feb 02, and uninstalled on Feb 14 which meant you used our app for more than 7 days (exact 12 days), so that's why we rejected your refund request.
Once again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Does not work properly, even to write the review you need to write more than 30characters
Very bad software..was thinking about subscribing but software doesnt work even when contacted many times support.
Too many issues with this app. the tech department is garbage,it's not even worth $1...all of the 5 star reviews are fake....don't do it.
Once I had it in free trial it imported reviews instantly after they started subscription when I try to load reviews it wont load them. Does nothing. In some rare cases it loads up reviews after 1-2 days. I cant wait 1-2 day to get reviews its slowing down my campaings. Fix this or refund me.
La desinstalé porque no me salían los reviews por ninguna parte. me parece poco instuitiva, además no tiene la opción de cambiar el idioma.

1. Review is not showing, please consider to reinstall our app for further check
2. As you mentioned "it does not have the option to change the language", you mean the option to change the app's interface, if yes we have not supported it yet, however we have seriously noted this point to improve in the next releases

This app has good potential and helpful. but the support does not answer and the app dont work anymore dont install it it does not worth your money ...
Doesn't do what it is supposed to do, totally waste of money, I don't know how much you pay Oberlo, but it is not working, It doesn't even sync with Shopify Reviews, and customer support is nonexistence. The Q&As are outdated, don't help at all. Sorry, I won't pay you the money for me to work it out myself with your awkward interface.
For others, don't bother to try this, go for better apps, like Loox.
And this app does not worth installation even for FREE, and now i have to remove it.
Waste a lot of time !!!

Terrible app. integration with gempages is awful and you should stay away from it for now until it's fixed
