The app does not integrate well with my theme. Your customer support was great and helped but you should include the solution that you had to do on my account on your help/support page. I tried to use your support page and could not figure it out on my theme.
Of course deeper integration would be preferred.
I also noticed that my "English translation" option was saved in my general settings but when I go to sync the reviews on Oberlo I have to check the box every time.

Had an issue trying to import review for the first tiem where the importing process keep going for a long time (more than 30 minutes) and the reviews still does not show up. I've contacted the customer support and they have request for a collaboration access and her suggestions is to asked me to refresh my browser which I guess I have to do that often next time and not just blindly to wait for the import process to finish. Helpful staff.

Great app, a little inconvenient that I can't automatically import reviews on products and have to manually insert the url. Other than that, it's awesome.
Wonderful app, really helps with social proof, can't recommend this enough for someone looking to get their first sale. I enjoyed the fact that they also include real pictures in the reviews
