Alogram has been really helpful for our team when reviewing orders before we ship them out. If an order looks suspicious or possibly fraudulent, the app flags it so we can take a closer look first instead of finding out after it’s too late.
One of the most useful parts is the Risk Review Dashboard. It breaks things down in a simple way and shows helpful details like location mismatches, buyer info, customer behavior, device details, and other order signals. It gives us a better idea of why an order might need extra attention.
This app helps us catch risky orders while still letting normal orders move through.
We were running into promo abuse and orders from buyers who seemed to be purchasing mainly to resell our products. It was becoming costly and difficult to sort through manually.
