The converter only works in half of the countries selected, support that gives no news I'm losing sales with this application very disappointed.
We initially thought this was a valid store but store asked us to pay them to provide positive review, we decline. Hence they gave us bad review.
We would like Shopify check this store and review policy.

My experience: poor customer service and very bad communication. I had a problem and it could not be solved, but this is not what bothers me, bad communication bothers me. Uninstalled.
I have used many currency convertor apps for my shopify store.I always came away disappointed.None of app provide my better experience than ALPHA app. This is absolute jewel app.Should have been give 100 star rather than 5 star.
