We've been using CedCommerce to connect our store with Amazon, and the experience has been very good. The support team is responsive and helpful – they've assisted us with every issue we've come across, always with patience and clear guidance.
As a small business, it's great to have a partner that takes the time to help when things get a bit complicated. We can definitely recommend CedCommerce to other small sellers looking for a reliable integration tool.
I’ve been using CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a while now, and I have to say — the support team is incredible. I’ve asked them tons of questions via live chat, and they’ve always been patient, helpful, and willing to test things together with me. They waited while I checked things on my side, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood how the app works. The more I learn to use the app, the more I love it! One suggestion: having an on/off button to temporarily pause and reactivate the auto synchronization would be super useful. Highly recommend this app and their amazing support team.
I give one star only becasue I can't provide negative. I'm a shopify seller for 3 years and recently thinking about getting into Amazon and hence found this app. I sell apparesl and have around 60 styles. Each have around 5 sizes to 3-6 colors, in total I have around 1000 SKUs.
1). The customer service is great. I can always find help within a few minutes within their working hours.
2). The app shows errors to address for uploading product. Good, but they never show up at once. I fix a bug and click re-upload, it now shows another. I fix this and then another show up again.
3). Customer service keep pushing for their uploading service, which I don't need. If I have capacity to pay, I would have done this upload already without using this app.
4). Apparel has variation in size and color, which this app isn't capable of. In the end, I was able to upload a product but all listed under separate listing rather than one listing with variants becasue I also have GTIN exemption. This app isn't capable of doing so - apparel product with GTIn exemption.
Tons of time wasted and non-result is made. I'm way better off just uploading via my link. Uninstalled.
My Shopify CED Amazon support was Yogesh Kumar Singh. Great detailed assistance via Google meet screen sharing. I had numerous failed attempts listing my first product and applying for GTIN exemption approval, which was obtained with his help in less than 24 hours and my first product was listed shortly afterwards. Very punctual with all scheduled meetings and the response is quick via Email and WhatsApp.
Excellent support from Mohd. Shadab Khan to resolve an ongoing product link issue with our Amazon store. He worked with me for over an hour to resolve this and get all our products live again.
I’ve been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel to connect my Shopify store with multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, FR, ES, etc.). The app is powerful, gives you solid control over listings, and the sync options are well designed.
Support has been very responsive and helpful, which really makes a difference when managing multiple markets.
I’m giving it 4 stars for now, as I’m still in the process of completing the full synchronization. Once everything is running smoothly, I’ll gladly update to 5 ⭐!
looked professional at first sight, but does not sync properly. deleted shopify products keep showing up on Amazon, stock is not syncing within a day... Amazon is very strict and will punish the seller by bad ranking and withholding money. and this app helps is very useful if you want to be full of problems and cancellations because it does not work properly. support is responsive but just bla bla they don't fix it.
Helped me fix issues uploading products as well as barcode exemption help.

This is false. There's absolutely nothing free about this app. You can't access ANY pages of the app or view the settings available without paying for a plan.
I'm saying this with regret, but this has been a huge disappointment.
I've been trying for two weeks, but the app keeps throwing errors — despite providing all required information correctly. Both the SKU and barcode are valid, and the system even says the product was uploaded, yet due to the error, it never appears on Amazon.
However, when I enter the exact same product manually on Amazon, it works in two minutes without any issues.
Unfortunately, your customer service is even worse than the app itself. They don’t provide real support, only superficial replies, and always blame Amazon without offering actual solutions.
Among all the Shopify apps I've used, this one has by far the weakest customer service.
As things stand, I’m not satisfied with the app at all and will be uploading my products directly to Amazon from now on.
