The app does a great job up syncing the orders and save so much time. Reached out to support for one order that did not sync when I did an update to our store and in just a couple minutes on the chat it was taken care of and synced. Had an isse with the app loading on the 17th contacted support in chat, was told they would look into it and get an email back in 12 hours Grrrr have to manually put in orders so not much help this time. Will see how it goes

Working with the new technologies can sometimes be frustrating. Just when you need support, you can quickly get in touch with the support team. They respond quickly and the team members are patient and friendly. The app itself is more convenient than Amazon Seller Central itself. The app and the service is efficient and therefore recommendable.
Great customer support. Off 1 star because the app can be confusing to use for a first time seller.
Prompt response from the teem and enthusiastic personel to help you out. Still struggling with listing products on Amazon. Hopefully, we will have it sorted with the teams support.

Initially I had trouble uploading products to Amazon, but Customer service was very prompt and offered all help to setup things. I rated 4 star to the app because it is not easy to use, bit intricate. But thanks to helpful customer service , things seem to pickup now. All credit goes to Praveen, who is continuously in touch with me to put things in order again

Marking at 4 stars, because in the transition, we had a few issues getting started. Otherwise, service team is 5-stars for sure! They've been excellent teammates in sorting those issues and answering other questions / confirming accuracy of other changes we made. Excited to work with them going forward!

While it is very complicated, customer service is willing to hop on a Google Meets or similar call and walk you through what is needed if you can't figure things out for yourself.
