The team has been so resposnsive and supporting right from downloading the app to uplaoding products on amazon, they have just finsihed uplaoding i will be waiting for them to go live now . Really happy with constant help provided to me .

Using the app for the first time, new amazon seller. Support and chat was very helpful in getting us started. I would recommend this app for anyone wanting to start selling on Amazon with Shopify.

Praveen gave me great service today and he is the first person that I think really cared to help when I chatted with their support team. I am very thankful to him.
However, the app has given us nothing but issues from the first day of using it over a year ago. We have been put on probation by Amazon a number of times due to inventory levels not syncing correctly, products being listed that we no longer have in stock, and many other items. We never had issues like that with a previous provider.

The team is great and works hard! The app itself could use more customization for sellers to control but when you run into a problem, the support team is pretty reliable.

Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects.

(05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.

The app will help with getting my products uploaded to Amazon once I learn to work through the errors. The customer service chat is great. It's better than having to wait 24-48 hours for a response. Assuming my templates work as expected, I'll upgrade the rating of 3.

We have reached out to Customer Support and the person who attended to us has been very responsive. We experienced an issue with inventory sync between Amazon and CEDCommerce App. With his skills, he managed to identify and resolve our issue quickly after providing Collab access with back-and-forth feedback. Much appreciated to him and his Team for the quick resolution. TQVM :)

Had issues with uploading products on amazon. I contacted their live chat and was really amazed as they responded right away. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to help me resolve my issue right away. Thumbs Up!!!
