We just implemented the app recently.
For us the most important aspect for a new app is the customer service. And here they did an excellent job. We needed to match Bundle orders between Amazon and Shopify. This feature was not available when we tested the app first. But the team went all the to accompany our request and developed this feature within a very short time.
