Amazing customer service, required solely because I doubted my own ability with setting up GA4 in google. Considering I am currently on the free version, I was surprised at the response and assistance received. For sure, I will be upgrading as soon as my store starts to make money.

Super fast and thorough customer service when we had a question with their app. Much appreciated. And the server side tracking has really helped us get better visibility i our analytics between Shopify <--> GA4
Honestly they could have done a better work. Reports that you can't customize, not being able to find products with worst performing add to cart rates, basic infos.
When asking the customer service he advised me to go on google analytics to create such reports. Then why would I use this app?

Our app is designed to help Shopify merchants integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and accurately track key eCommerce events like product views, add to cart, checkout, and purchases.
It already includes essential reports to help merchants analyze performance easily. To keep the app simple and user-friendly, we don’t include advanced report customization, those can be created directly in Google Analytics.

Super easy to set up, data and reports are intuitive and informative. Thank you Google and Thank you Shopify for helping me to run, grow and advance my small business by having insights and options to make evidence based decisions!
So far so good, extremely easy to install, user interface very clean and easy to understand, having the option to choose which events to want to track. Very nice simplyfied Google Analytics data imported into the shopify admin to get an overview of traffic and sales. Now I hope that all checkout completed events show up in Google Analytics because with the previous app I used that did not happen. Before I installed I emailed various questions to the app developers and the answers were very clear and to the point, so it their app: to the point and clear.
