I've been using answerable since inception and was thrilled about their new release. Answerable has build a community around answering questions that makes it a lot easier, as the business owner, to no only answer questions, but have them answered in real time... by our best customers. This obviously makes it easier for me in terms of answering questions, but also gives trust to the would-be customer knowing that the answer is coming from someone that has used the product. The support team is A+++ and have worked through any and all issues I've had (created myself) with install and operations. Highly recommended... this will be the gold standard in chat feature and I'm excited to be on the ground floor of this amazing service.

We implemented this with our VIP customers, and so far, we've had great results. We have a small team, so it's perfect for us to partner with our loyal customer base to help answer questions for other future customers.
