We have been using At Last for a few months now and it has made our returns process so much smoother and allows for customers to create and handle their returns without having to contact our customer service department which has made things a lot easier for us. Very easy to use and helped lighten the work load for us massively!
We've been using At Last to handle returns and it's made a big difference for our customers and for our team.
Customers use the self-service portal to book their own returns without having to contact us first. It's clear and easy to use, which means fewer "how do I send this back?" emails to our support team and a better experience for the customer.
It's also very flexible. We run several brands, and all of them sit in one account with a single login, so the team can see every return on one screen. Setting up different return methods and options to suit how we work has been painless.
For us, the best part is the API and webhooks. We've connected At Last to our other systems, so when a return reaches our warehouse it automatically creates a ticket for our support team and matches it to the customer's order. The customer gets an update and our agents can process the refund or exchange straight away, without anyone having to check things by hand. Few returns platforms make that kind of integration this easy.
I'd recommend At Last to any e-commerce brand that wants a professional returns experience for its customers and a platform flexible enough to plug into its own systems.
We moved from Swap Returns, and At Last were great in terms of onboarding, we definitely have less customer contact now as their returns portal is so intuitive for customers to use. The team at At Last are great at responding to requests for new features, and the pricing is very competitive.
