Transformational for our business. It's allowed us to increase the accessibility and visibility of our events, and these are actually now trending as one of our top sellers. Customer feedback is consistent that the booking process is easy to navigate, and it steps away from the admin-intensive method of individual product variants for dates, times, that some businesses might use to offer bookings.
One event pays for this for this app for the year, and the staff support has always been nothing less than absolutely excellent.

I own an art and pottery studio with multiple booking needs for classes and parties. I am very pleased with the Easy Booking App and would recommend them to anyone looking for booking services. Their support team is top notch and are always there to help! They are also constantly making improvements to the functionality which is helpful for businesses needing specific capabilities. I have used many different apps and software in the past and they are the best for Shopify in my opinion. Customers were unable to make reservations, and we only discovered the issue three days before the event. Once a single booking was made, no further reservations could be placed by anyone else.
After contacting customer service, they appeared to resolve two of the three available dates by adding 100 slots per date. However, the third date was never fixed. Despite their assurance that it would be addressed, we received no follow-up whatsoever.
To make matters worse, the same blocking issue resurfaced on one of the supposedly fixed dates: as soon as one person booked, all subsequent reservations were again locked out.
We are deeply disappointed. The app is unreliable, and we have very likely lost customers as a direct result of these failures.

This system is good however you need to know these things, this is a really honest review based on 3 months of constant event bookings and what I've learned about the system and the errors it's created for me too
- Customer support is very good and they will help you quickly and efficiently
- There is no way to see all of your bookings in one place, you will need to manually go onto the event to see all participant details individually.
When you export an event, it will not give you details such as the amount of spots they booked, or any specific comments they make. So if you have an event for 30 people, you will need to check each participant details individually - no way to copy and paste either - it's time consuming
- Creating an event is a little time consuming, you will need to double triple check all details are correct
- If you want to disable the ability for customers to cancel or reschedule events (say if you have a no cancellation policy) you will need to be on the higher subscription tiers for this, otherwise they will be able to do it automatically through a link
- Unfortunately, customers can bypass the easy appointment booking link and just add the product to cart, which means they are not booked onto your event. Which means they purchase a space, however it's not logged on to the event. You will need to triple check this hasn't happened to you. The only way is to disable the add to cart button, but that means if you have products that are not an event, they won't be able to add it to their cart

1. There is a centralized view for bookings on our Agenda View for bookings across events, locations, and teammates! The booking detail view covers intake questions, which are also available in the export. Our team has reached out try and demo this for you, we have updated our guides to make this easier to manage!
2. Select themes have seen our app load for a split second where the add to cart appears. However the setting we suggested disables Add to Cart *only for events* not across your site :)

Ive just started using this on my new shopify site and I have to say so far that firstly it looks and functions really well and looks completely native unlike some others I tried. But biggest bonus so far is how amazingly helpful the support has been. I had quite a niche request in that I wanted only certain product variants bookable. I had a few minor glitches which turned out to be theme based and the team resolved all of them. Amazing service .

Very responsive and expert customer team. Had a few, specific teething problems but quickly resolved. Simple App to use, although you do have to upgrade for a few of the more sophisticated integrations. However, the free App is highly recommended.
