The Avis team is absolutely fantastic. Their support is incredibly fast and responsive, and their apps work very well.
Initially, the app was not fully compatible with some functions of our website, but the team went above and beyond to help us. They were extremely dedicated, proactive, and truly focused on the customer, doing their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We just lost a big deal because the app was not making proper calculations with the discounts. 101*5.37€ was shown as 541.87 in the product page and was added as 527.22€ in the cart, an absolute mess!

It also seems to be somewhat abandoned as "Coming soon" features have not been delivered for months.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand why the pricing difference was concerning, especially with larger quantity orders, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

After carefully reviewing the case, our team found that the discrepancy came from how bundle display pricing was rounded and presented at very high quantities, while the final cart/checkout pricing itself was still being calculated by Shopify’s official pricing engine.

Even though this appears to be primarily a display inconsistency rather than an actual checkout overcharge, we absolutely understand how confusing and frustrating this experience can be from a merchant perspective.

Our developers have already prioritized this case and are actively reviewing the calculation flow to make the bundle display match Shopify’s pricing logic as closely as possible, especially for large-volume purchases.

We always take merchant feedback seriously and genuinely try our best to support every store carefully and transparently. Thank you again for your patience while we continue improving the experience.
