I was truly impressed by how easy it was to browse ArtShiney's products and seamlessly customize them for my store. Art S. is a making a lot off effort to listen to customer needs and when it is possible they are quickly implementing the necessary changes. Our team finds their service friendly and the response time is within 24h in general less than an hour given the time difference. The quality of their products is good ! We will continue working with them.

Update: I have screenshots of ALL emails to Lucy, I even made and received an order, so I definitely was a customer. I'm appalled that this is how you reply to the complaints. The app has been deleted, and I will not be replying to any further messages from you, waste of my time.

I had high hopes for the Artshiney app when integrating it into my Shopify store. However, my experience quickly turned sour due to several critical issues.

Initially, I received responses to my queries while setting up products, but then they stopped responding altogether. Despite reaching out multiple times with important queries regarding payment management, I received no response. This left me in the dark about how payments are handled, with each order seemingly treated separately and paid for individually. The absence of Artshiney orders on the order page added another layer of complexity to the process.

The product catalogue provided by Artshiney is very unclear. Many products had numerous variations, sometimes exceeding 10 options, yet the descriptions failed to clarify the differences. Many seemed identical, sometimes differing only in finish. This lack of clarity made it challenging to distinguish between similar items, forcing me to manually sift through them to avoid flooding my website with redundant listings.

In light of these issues, I have decided to remove the Artshiney app from my Shopify store and discontinue any plans of using them as a supplier. The lack of responsiveness severely eroded my confidence in their services. For any business seeking reliability and support from their suppliers, I would advise looking elsewhere.

According to your feedback, we have done research and investigation. We have several doubts. Why do you give us such an untrue evaluation?
1. Our customer service team usually responds to merchant messages within 24 hours. We have verified that you have never contacted us or consulted us. If you have, please provide screenshots to prove it.
2. You just installed the APP but never registered an account, which means you have never used our app at all, but you came to give us a review.
3. Order payments in our app can be paid individually, and the order list also supports batch payments, but you said that we only support single payments.
4. We are an app focusing on jewelry production. The product catalog is very clear, including customized jewelry, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, foot ornaments, and rings. We have less than 10 product categories, but you said that we have more than 10. Have you really experienced our app?
5. There are still many doubts in your evaluation, so we will not list them one by one.
So you are our competitor? Or because we do not use any of your services, so we give us such an untrue evaluation?

Seems very cheap chinese import. Lots of spelling errors all over their pages and I can't even uninstall it!

1. You can uninstall any app at any time by following the steps below.
(Shopify backend settings -> apps and sales channels -> select the app and click delete)
Our app does not have any permissions to restrict your uninstallation
2. The main reason why our prices are low is that we are a factory, our products are all handmade, and all made of pure natural materials.
3. Please do not deliberately discredit us before you use our services.
We have not committed any fraud against you.
In addition, the app uninstallation problem is your own problem because you are not proficient in using Shopify.
If you are willing, we would like to show you our services and high-quality products.
