The worst app that we've installed, they've stole our money and didn't gave any real usecase for our store. They reached out to us on call, and installed this app, mentioning that we can customise our store management with the inventory management as well. but when we paid them, their sales guy just vanished, they don't respond to us, and are real thieves.

Promised features were not delivered within committed timelines, and deadlines were repeatedly extended.

Important finance functions remain incomplete, and some operational issues are still unresolved. Support response has been slow, unclear, and inconsistent.

Overall experience shows serious concerns regarding delivery reliability, transparency, and customer communication.
