We bought 9000 credits and we've used no where close to that amount. From out of nowhere the credits disappeared whilst removing backgrounds, the tasks disappeared and the credits aren't even at 0, it's just a blank space.
When we now try to remove backgrounds we get an error message saying we need to purchase more credits. It's not even possible to buy more credits since it's just a blank space.
We've tried to get a hold of customer service through their email but with no response.
This app needs to get developed more and the customer service needs to get better.

Excellent app to remove background from Images. I tried many apps till date on shopify platform and also other similar apps which are not on app store but this is the best app to remove image background. I have not yet encountered single image till date where this app is not able to remove background perfectly. Wish it has feature to remove background in bulk but I am sure it will come soon.

I purchased 2000 credits and then plugin crashed and lost all progress…..
Now I need to remove backgrounds again for 2000 products but don t want to pay again for credits, please help.

The product worked after I got to another internet connection - it would be good to have the option to auto-save the work, because if you lose connection then you have to start over and those credit will be lost.
