We bought 9000 credits and we've used no where close to that amount. From out of nowhere the credits disappeared whilst removing backgrounds, the tasks disappeared and the credits aren't even at 0, it's just a blank space.

When we now try to remove backgrounds we get an error message saying we need to purchase more credits. It's not even possible to buy more credits since it's just a blank space.

We've tried to get a hold of customer service through their email but with no response.

This app needs to get developed more and the customer service needs to get better.

Dear Naturgaraget, due to the problem of our service, the credit you purchased was lost, we have found the reason and tried to replenish the lost credit to you, we know that no matter what you do, we can't make up for your loss, but we still want to give another 10,000 credit to express our apologies, very sorry.
