Great app for our store. Really powerful dashboarding generated by AI gives us insights we just hadn't seen before. A few quick connections and it was all set up. Easy to use. We'll be continuing to explore our data using this app going forward. Highly recommended!

We had become really reliant on Excel for our marketing reporting but it was becoming extremely slow, manual and cumbersome. Collecting data from across platforms, updating spreadsheets and then trying to make sense of it all into a format that could be easily understood by the wider team was extremely time consuming.

We decided to give AskBosco a try. The thing that has made the biggest difference for us is the ability to easily ask questions of our data. Rather than having to delve into spreadsheets, build reports or try and hunt down the right numbers across different platforms, we can simply ask Bosco and it provides us with the answers. This has made analysing marketing performance a lot quicker and also meant that the data is now readily available to anyone on the team.

The marketing reports have been great as well. They look great, they're easy to understand and, most importantly, they're easy to share with the wider team. We now spend less time compiling and explaining data, and more time actually using it to make decisions.

Finally, a special mention has to go to Grace and the customer success team. Grace has been incredible from the outset, guiding us through setup and getting everything configured how we want it and then always being available if we've had any questions as we've begun using the platform. The level of support they have provided has made life very easy for us.
