Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

A great place to build a survey. I had some queries and got fast and useful feedback.

The only thing missing for me is a question where you can rank the answers, and this doesn't exist. The team are adding it to their backlog though, so it's great that they're taking the feedback. I can't complain!

Asklayer Survey funktioniert hervorragend!

I've been using Asklayer from last month and I'm impressed with it. made easy to collect feedback from my customers. The surveys are easy to create and customize, and the reporting features are great. recommend to those who wants to get serious about customer feedback.

I just recently installed the app to use the post-purchase survey feature. Overall it was easy enough to setup. I did have to contact support for a couple of questions, and they responded quickly to help fix the issues. Hopefully it works well going forward.
