You’re only allowed to ask one question on your survey. There’s no option to ask multiple questions to better identify your customer. They charge you $40 immediately (there is no free trial available).
This app solves a real problem and is easy to use! There is nothing more important than understanding your customers. At the end of the day, they are the reason that your business exists! Attribute demystifies customer acquisition and will either confirm your biases (useful) or tell you something surprising (super useful.) Install and set up is a breeze. The app allows you to customize the survey questions to fit your brand voice, and get the data you need. We've found that customers are happy to fill out the survey, but if they skip it, the app integrates with Klaviyo so you can follow up by email to get even more responses. If you want to better understand where your customers are coming from, compare conversions with other attribution software, or even impress potential investors and stakeholders, then you should give Attribute a try.
