Tag-based eligibility — tags are evaluated by Shopify on your behalf; the app never reads customer data. Built-in logging — every discount decision (percentage applied and eligibility) is logged in Shopify's function-log channel. Safety rails — a minimum floor blocks 0%-off accidents; rules are ownership-checked server-side. Minimal permissions — read_products and write_discounts only.
