When we got told Shopify Payments would no longer work with our store due to the adult nature of our products (dildos) and we were considered "high risk", to say we freaked out would be an understatement. Shopify suggest Bankful, which we decided to use based on the glowing reviews on Google. We were not disappointed. The whole process took about 2 weeks from start to finish, and Shane Berry was super helpful along the way. From helping us figure out what documents to send, to helping us set it up so that Bankful is the native processor and doesn't redirect to another page, we have zero complaints so far.

I was first told to download/use Bankful as our site was trying to sell CBD lotions and creams. I set up our account, and was then told to setup another account with Square to process the transactions.. that Bankful was essentially the "middleman." ... after several months of my sales declining because the user-friendliness of checkout was severely diminished, I tried Bankful Native. It still didn't work. I ended up canceling Bankful (or so I thought). Now after 3-4 months from initiating that cancellation I still cannot delete the app from Shopify, and I can't seem to get anyone online to help me cancel and I've been charged $50/mo for the service I cannot use. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. Please cancel my account and refund my unused service fees!!!!!
