If you are ready for your own beauty line this app is great. Good support options to do it yourself or have things done for you. Great company. Learning a lot . Products are on point. I use the products and launching as well.

Beautyboss is a great company to work with, they really care about your success. The app works great. Everything runs very smoothly.

This platform seems to be on an very early stage. I Placed an order on September 3rd for a sample product, it's the 8th today and not even a tracking # or an email on response.
Any question asked through the chat gets a very delayed response so you most likely are going to miss it. I wanted to use it but my customers are used to faster orders.

I’ve been using Beauty Boss since September 2025, and my experience has been consistently positive. They’re quick to respond whenever I have questions, and communication is always clear and professional. Timelines and fulfillment have been reliable, which makes planning and execution much easier.

On the rare occasion there’s a fulfillment issue, support has been quick to step in and resolve it. I also really appreciate the Skool and Facebook communities, where you can connect with other Beauty Bosses. The CEO and team are active and engaged there, which adds a strong sense of support and transparency. Overall, working with Beauty Boss has been a smooth and dependable experience.

stay away! this company is a complete scam. i canceled my subscription yet they have been non stop charging me every month, each month saying they canceled subscription and i will no longer be charged. one of their customer service emails is bouncing too fyi. complete scam and trash company with deceiving practices and shit product.

The team at beauty boss is top notch! I’m an e-commerce rookie, never built a website, never launched a product and their attentive staff helped me every step of the way. I’m 45 orders in now and definitely have the support of the beauty boss team to thank. The app and the service behind it are easy to use. Its a game-changing concept to be able to add high quality beauty products to your beauty brand without a huge inve$tment. The support team is terrific and willing to jump in whenever there is an issue.

Stopped using their service and asked for a refund said they will help me, but it’s been more then a month and I haven’t gotten a response back from them, they are really slow in everything from shipping there products to even answering there own clients that need help
